It is sent automatically when a new lead writes to you for the first time.
You can customize it from the module settings.
It is sent only when you create a lead from the platform.
It is useful to maintain the same tone and context in every conversation.
Visual Tip: If you do not see the 'Save' button, try doing zoom out to display it correctly.
The Leadbot allows you to create an automated menu with options to guide your leads according to their needs. Ideal for streamlining conversations without immediate human intervention.
Select which channels to activate it on (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger)
Set up messages for welcome and closure
Generate up to 2 menu levels:
Level 1: Up to 5 options
Level 2: Up to 25 sub-options per main option
Assign funnels and stages according to the chosen option
Publish it to start using it
Note: When the Leadbot is activated, quick replies on that channel are disabled to avoid conflicts.
The lead will see a clear and guided flow of messages based on their responses, allowing them to automatically progress through the process without confusion. If they type something outside the flow, the Leadbot will redirect them with a message to keep the conversation within the system.
