Introduction
β
In this guide, we will introduce you to one of our most useful features: Analytics.
This module is designed to provide you with valuable insights about your leads, team and the effectiveness of your sales and marketing strategies.
π What is Analytics?
β
It is a module within leadsales that you can access from the left-hand side menu of your workspace. This module will provide you with access to key information to help you evaluate the performance of your sales and marketing activities.
Exploring the Available Information
β
βLeads Generated
β
βInitial Visualization: Upon entering the module, the first thing you will notice is a detailed chart showing the number of leads generated within a specific date range. This chart adjusts dynamically based on the time period you select for analysis.
The leads you add in Leadsales during the selected date range will be counted as new, providing you with a clear vision of the growth or decline of your lead generation efforts.
β
βPeriod Comparison
You will find a comparative indicator next to the new leads metric, enabling you to evaluate your current performance in relation to the previous period. A green symbol with a β+β indicates an increase, while a red symbol with a β-β signifies a decrease.
Increase β+β
Decrease β-β
Messages received and sent through Leadsales.
In addition to the leads generated, we will show you the number of messages received and sent during the selected period, offering you a comprehensive overview of your communication with customers.
This count helps you measure your team's interaction with leads, allowing you to adjust your communication strategies as needed.
β
Earnings
The Earnings section sums up all the earnings recorded by your team from conversations during the selected period.
Represent your sales in monetary value for the configured date range. To record a gain, simply modify the βearningβ field within the corresponding conversation, ensuring your metrics accurately reflect the success of your sales efforts.
β
Won and Untouched Leads
βWon Leads: This metric shows the number of successful closures, based on the conversations marked according to the process previously described.
β
Unattended Leads: Here, you can identify sales opportunities that have not been closed, which indicates conversations that have not advanced recently in the sales funnel or lack interaction.
β
Agent Report
For even more detailed management, we will show you a breakdown of the metrics for each agent on your team. This view will allow you to monitor individual performance, identify areas for improvement and optimize your sales or customer service strategy.
We are confident that the Leadsales analytics module is a powerful tool that will provide you with a deep understanding of your sales and marketing activities. By leveraging these metrics, you can make informed decisions that will drive your success.
We hope this guide has provided you with a clear understanding of how to access and use Analytics to improve your performance in Leadsales.
