
Quick Replies allow you to streamline communication within the Leadsales chat. These are predefined messages that you can use to respond efficiently without having to type the same thing repeatedly.
How to create a Quick Reply?You can do this in two ways:
Option 1: Using commandsType / and your quick reply's keyword.
You can also use the shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + R.
Option 2: From the Quick Replies buttonClick on the Quick Replies button within the conversation.
Press + Quick Reply.
Add a title or keyword.
Decide whether it will be for you alone or for the entire team.
Write the message you want to save.
Save the reply, and it will be ready to use.
