How to Back Up My WhatsApp Chats?

If you are using WhatsApp Web within Leadsales and want to keep a copy of your conversations, you can do so directly from your mobile device. Here we explain how to create a backup on Android and iOS.
How to create a backup on WhatsApp?
On Android:
Open WhatsApp on your mobile device.
Go to Settings > Chats > Backup.
Click on “Save” to perform a manual backup.
You can choose whether to include videos or not.
On iOS:
Open WhatsApp on your iPhone.
Go to Settings > Chats > Chat Backup.
Tap on “Back Up Now”.
These backups are not stored in Leadsales, but rather in your Google Drive or iCloud account, depending on your operating system.
