Connecting your WhatsApp line to Leadsales is the first step to centralize your conversations and start working as a team from one place. Here we explain how to do it in just a few minutes.
Log in to Leadsales and go to the Settings menu.
In the Channels section, click on Add WhatsApp Channel.
A QR code will be generated, similar to the one on WhatsApp Web.
Open WhatsApp on your phone → go to Linked Devices → tap on Link a Device.
Scan the QR code that appears in Leadsales.
And that's it! Your line will be connected.
We will import your latest 200 conversations with up to 50 messages each.
You will be able to have multiple users working from the same WhatsApp line.
To avoid disconnections, make sure that only Leadsales is linked as the active device.
If it gets disconnected, check active devices on WhatsApp Web, remove others, and scan again from Leadsales.
This connection is compatible with WhatsApp Business web version, not the official API.
Remember to link your business account not your personal number.
