If you are starting to use Leadsales with the role of Seller, this article will help you understand what you can do within the platform and what settings depend on the Owner or Admin.
The permissions are set through the path:
Edit funnel → Advanced settings
Only users with the role of Owner or Admin can modify them.
If this option is enabled, you will be able to see:
Your own leads
Unassigned leads
Leads of other Sellers
If it is disabled, you will only see the contacts assigned to you.
You can view the contact’s phone number only if this option is enabled.
Otherwise, the field will appear hidden to you.
The main funnel is where all new leads arrive by default.
There can only be one, and it will be marked with a yellow star.
Although you cannot change it as a Seller, it is important to know that leads automatically enter from:
