
The Directory is where your entire contact database resides: here you can view, filter, and manage the leads you have created or conversed with within Leadsales.
What will you find in the Directory?The leads are organized into three sections:
Active: Leads with whom you currently have an active conversation.
Archived: Leads that have been archived from the funnel or the chat.
All: Includes both active and archived for a complete view.
You can access it from the left side menu → “Directory”
Role-based accesses
Seller: can only view the contacts assigned to them.
Owner/Admin: can view all the contacts within the account, regardless of who created them.
What is it for?Maintain a complete record of your leads.
Use filters to find leads by name, number, stage, or funnel.
Execute bulk actions such as tagging, moving, or assigning multiple contacts simultaneously.
