We understand that taking the first steps on a new platform can be challenging. Therefore, here is a glossary with the most important concepts of Leadsales. Familiarizing yourself with these will help you navigate the platform better and make the most of all its functionalities.
Owner
The creator of the workspace. They have complete access to the platform, can manage users, modify settings, and oversee billing.
Admin
Has permissions to configure tools, supervise the team, and edit operational aspects. They cannot remove the Owner.
Seller
A role focused on sales. They can only view and manage the leads assigned to them. They do not have access to settings or the performance of other users.
Workspace
This is the collaborative workspace where your team operates. Each company has one.
Workspace ID (WID)
It is the unique identifier of your account in Leadsales. It is used for support, integration setup, and other internal processes.
Pipeline
Main view where you manage your leads. It is divided into columns called "stages," which represent the lead's progress within the sales process.
Stage
Each column of the pipeline. You can customize them according to the flow of your process (e.g., Qualified, In Follow-up, Won, Lost).
Dashboard
Main view with key indicators such as leads won, unattended leads, active channels, team performance, etc.
Directory
Database where you can view all the leads in your account, whether active or archived. From here, you can also import, export, or filter contacts.
Agenda
Tool for scheduling tasks, meetings, or internal reminders with your leads.
Analytics
Section where you can see your team's performance: messages sent, leads closed, response times, among other data.
Leadbot
A feature that allows you to intelligently automate messages, whether to receive leads (inbound), send mass messages (outbound), or respond outside business hours.

These are the contacts or prospects who enter your account from connected channels or are added manually.
Automatic Assignment
A feature that distributes incoming leads among available users, either equitably or based on specific rules.
Follow Up
A tool for scheduling an automatic message to be sent on a specific date and time.
Status
They allow users to visually classify the urgency or state of a lead. These are the ones you will see on the platform:

Tags
Tags that you can use to classify, group, or filter leads by channel, campaign, product, profile, etc.
Inbound
Refers to leads or messages that come in from a connected channel (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook).
Outbound
Refers to leads or conversations that you initiate from Leadsales to new prospects.
