Do you have leads that remain without follow-up? The Stagnant Leads feature helps you easily identify them to reconnect in time and not lose sales opportunities.
What is a Stagnant Lead?
A Stagnant Lead is a contact that has not had any recent activity within the funnel:
Has not received or sent messages.
Has not been moved to a different stage.
When this happens, the system will automatically mark it in red, helping you visually identify the leads that need attention.
Where can you see them?
They are only visible in the Funnel View.
They are highlighted in red within the stage they are located.
The time for a lead to be considered stagnant is defined by the Owner or Admin.

How to enable or disable this feature?
Only users with the role of Owner or Admin can perform this action:
Enter your funnel and navigate to any stage.
Enable the option “Mark lead as stagnant”.
Define the inactivity time limit (in hours or days).
Save the changes.
You can enable or disable this feature by stage, depending on your processes.
