Did you add a funnel by mistake or no longer need it? Here we explain how to delete it correctly without affecting the leads it contains.
Important considerations before deleting a funnel
Only the roles Owner and Admin can perform this action.
You cannot delete the Main Funnel (marked with a yellow star
). If you want to delete it, you must first set another funnel as the main one.
How to delete a funnel step by step?
Go to the Funnels section.
Locate the funnel you wish to delete.
Click on the settings icon and select Delete Funnel.
A warning message will appear:
You will be required to reassign the current leads to another funnel.
Once you select the new destination funnel, the previous one will be deleted.
This measure prevents information loss by ensuring all leads are relocated before deletion.
